DIGITAL EDUCATORS CONFERENCE, LAGOS, NIGERIA
The Digital Educators Conference (DEC) was created to proffer solutions to educators who are challenged with the ever-changing trends in technology.
Many teachers are currently facing challenges in the classroom on how to engage their students who are more tech savvy than themselves and on how to deploy technology in teaching. Most schools do not have adequate resources to provide relevant professional development training for their teachers.
The theme of the 2021 conference is “Are 21st Century Skills even more important in a post Covid-19 World?”
This hybrid conference will be attended by 300 teachers onsite and 700 teachers online in line with Covid-19 protocols
This capacity building conference seeks to encourage and empower teachers in Nigeria to embrace practical, current and relevant technology in the classroom.
The 2021 speakers are:-
“21st Century Skills Best Practices“ by Jennifer Stubblefield, Award Winning Business Education Trainer and Speaker, Kentucky, USA. Jennifer is an FBLA Advisor to one of the largest chapters in Kentucky for the Future Business Leaders of America, the largest organization in the U.S for high school students who are interested in Business Education.
She is known for her high energy, interactive and motivational workshops.

Professor Josiah O Ajiboye
Registrar/Chief Executive Officer, Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, an agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria. TRCN has the mandate to regulate and control the teaching profession at
all levels of the Nigerian education system, both in the public and private sectors.
Plenary Session 2
Head Teacher, Corona Schools Trust Council. Oluwagbemileke is a member of the Corona Schools Trust Council Technology Committee which has the responsibility to develop a
technology roadmap for the council and deploy technology solutions in their schools.

Caleb is a UI/UX Designer, Frontend Developer, Product Manager, QA Tester and Product Designer. Co-Founded Gradely in 2019 to help parents and schools identify learning deficiencies in their children, and to find recommendations on how to bridge these gaps.
